those of you who don’t know us, Vista is an employment law and HR support consultancy.
We partner HR teams in blue chip companies to provide innovative employment law
support and representation. We are focused on what we know, which is why we only
work for employers with a resourced HR team – we don’t represent Claimants or
SME’s.

work primarily on a subscription basis, which enables us to develop an in-depth
understanding of our client organisations and to develop an enjoyable and rewarding
working relationship with our HR client base. We enjoy what we do and our client’s

Whilst
the team is drawn from traditional legal sectors, we don’t sit behind our desks
with pinstripes and fountain pens – we work in genuine partnership with our HR
