We understand the importance of the 'day to day' - from disciplinary hearings and grievances, to consultation and negotiation with trade unions. The Vista team are highly experienced and specialist employment lawyers. We represent our clients in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal and routinely act as advocates and litigators. One of the many advantages we have is that we work with clients on the issues long before they become tribunal claims.

We understand the importance of keeping our clients up to date with the ever changing legal landscape. However, we won't bombard you with 'drip drip' pieces of information. All relevant updates are emailed to clients in our user friendly 'In View' email bulletin. Clients are also invited to attend our employment law update and forum events, often hosted by other clients, which provides an invaluable opportunity to network and learn from other client businesses. Finally, members of the Vista team regularly attend on client sites to run in house updates and seminars, whether to an HR team or to the management team of a business. Always practical in approach and informative these are pitched at the individual needs of the client and the current issues and challenges on the client's agenda.
