  VHR Resource

Our network is organised into four categories, dependent upon level of experience:

(1) HR Director

(2) HR Business Partner

(3) HR Manager

(4) HR Advisor

Work is assigned to members of the network dependent upon client need and the level of experience and expertise required. It is often possible to place a combination of VHR network members, combining transactional HR support with HR leadership and management.

This releases valuable internal resource and allows teams to stay proximate to decision making, having not excluded them by being involved in early stages of the process.

The VHR team are also often called upon to attend disciplinary meetings to support operational managers, providing HR support and accurate record.
Recently the team have been instructed to provide additional resource to a large scale and high profile redundancy program in the North West. This will see the team conducting many redundancy consultation meetings and providing additional HR support throughout the process.
