The Investment:
Vista has broken with the traditional
legal services market to provide high quality employment
law advice and support on a subscription basis. Our business
is built around this structure, enabling us to work closely
with our clients on a cost effective basis.
The three key advantages of
our subscription model are:
Cost saving
Cost effectiveness
Organisational Performance
Cost saving:
The subscription model results in cost
reduction when compared to the more expensive business
models which rely upon 'metered' service income.
Cost effectiveness:
The subscription model promotes early support leading
to more commercially favourable outcomes.
Early support maximises the opportunity
to reduce the fact or amount of legal liability and
further promotes fully costed commercial decision making.
Organisational effectiveness
In promoting early and extensive support
our subscription model enables HR to support managers
in robust decisions that may otherwise have been avoided
or delayed - improving managerial effectiveness.
How much will
it cost?
The subscription rate is calculated by employee headcount..
Our success is built upon long term relationships, we
therefore review our headcount rate with our clients
regularly to ensure that it is at the right level.

What is the minimum
subscription period?
We understand that different clients require different
service contracts. Therefore the minimum is agreed between
us at the outset of the relationship and reviewed as
client needs change. Typically our contracts are between
6 months and 3 years.
Larger clients.
:
Because we are successful in aligning our service delivery
with the specific challenges and aspirations of each
client, we are able to deliver value in a way that is
truly bespoke. We recognise that success looks different
for each of our clients. We identify at the outset,
and constantly monitor and review our clients specific
service delivery model, combining scheduled pro-active
support (such as our HR on site surgeries or employment
law updates) and reactive support and advice.
Our smaller
clients
The starting point for all of our subscription contracts,
irrespective of the size of client, is our comprehensive
employment law transactional advice service; the cost
of which is based on head count.
From that point forward we build a flexible service
contract combining the level of 'hands on' HR support
and back up with the required level of litigation cover
and training services. This is constantly reviewed in
partnership with the client and the dedicated client
manager, to ensure that we get it right and keep getting
it right.
