What is V-Learning?
V-learning represents a blend of learning based upon professional
drama sequence driven workshops, facilitation, case study,
role play, pre-course diagnostic and post-course reinforcement.
You can currently view the three trailers that are included
in our Dignity at Work and Grievance/Bullying learning
portfolio. These are used as part of our blended approach
to learning and form part of our online courses and our
in-house workshops.
Further drama sequences in Performance
Management, Absence Management and Conduct are used
to demonstrate how we bring everyday people management
issues to life.
Our workshops
V learning workshops are led by professional lawyers
who apply their learning in a practical and realistic
way to deliver effective management training. Often
centred around managing discipline, performance and
absence issues our professional unique drama sequences
not only give impact but also a memorable learning experience!
Our programs also often involve a ‘train the trainer’
element, whereby we equip in house HR professionals
to continue roll out programs and ‘transfer’ the organisational
learning.
Drama Sequences
Our series of professionally produced DVD based drama
sequences provide the tools for innovative and effective
programs and workshops.
Rooted in the ethos of bringing the real world into
the training environment, V-Learning focuses on the
provision of workshop materials for professional trainers,
facilitators and in-house training teams. From legal/HR
issues to personal and communication skills, the sequences
resonate with delegates from all working environments.
These real life ‘people story’, scenarios come to life
in the workshop environment and provide a platform for
debate, role plays and reflection.
